No. Planning, quoting and revising an itinerary costs nothing and carries no obligation. You only pay once you decide to confirm, and the first payment is a part advance rather than the full amount.
Bank transfer, UPI or card, always to the registered company account with a GST invoice against it. We never ask for payment to a personal account or wallet — if anyone claiming to be us does, please call the office number on this page.
Often, yes. We have arranged full itineraries with two days of notice. Festival dates such as Dev Deepawali, Mahashivratri and the Kumbh are the exception — hotels near the ghats sell out weeks in advance.
The cancellation terms are written on your quote before you pay, not buried in a policy page. Broadly, cancellations more than fifteen days out attract a small administrative fee, and anything the hotel or railway refunds to us is passed straight back to you.
We host guests from around the world and can provide the invitation letters and confirmed bookings that visa applications ask for. We are not visa agents, so the application itself stays with you or your agency.
