We are a small team of Banarasi storytellers, drivers, guides and planners who believe a pilgrimage should feel effortless — so you can keep your attention where it belongs.
Kashi Experts started in a one-room office off Assi Ghat with two guides, one hired car and a notebook full of phone numbers. Our founder had spent years walking visitors through the lanes of Varanasi and kept hearing the same thing — the city was extraordinary, but the arrangements around it were exhausting.
So we built the company we wished existed. Drivers who know which lane floods in monsoon. Guides who can tell you why the aarti moves the way it does. Hotels we have personally slept in. And a phone number that a real person answers at 2 a.m. when a train gets cancelled.

Through the pandemic we refunded every affected booking in full and kept our whole team on payroll. It cost us a year of growth and earned us a decade of trust.
With the Ram Mandir open to pilgrims, we launched dedicated Ayodhya Dham darshan packages and expanded to a fleet of twelve owned vehicles.
